Extends the ability
of the WebSphere MQ Explorer to examine the MQ
configuration and look for potential problems
and make recommendations.
Download Description
The WebSphere MQ Healthcheck
Explorer plug-in enables the WebSphere MQ
Explorer to provide a greater level of feedback
on your WMQ environment definitions across a
variety of areas. From clustering to SSL, WMQ
Explorer Healthcheck can be used to look for
errors and potential problems, and provide
advice for possible improvements.
WMQ
Healthcheck uses an Eclipse-style "Problems
View" to display errors, warnings and useful
information in the WMQ Explorer, alongside your
WMQ object views. Each entry in the Problems
View can be followed for additional information
and advice if you think it has found something
useful. Alternatively items can be filtered out
from the current View or even switched off
completely so that it will not be looked for in
future, if it is not appropriate for your
needs.
The core set of provided checks
can be extended to include your own custom
tests, allowing you to teach the WMQ Explorer to
provide feedback that is directly relevant to
your uses of WMQ. Samples are provided to make
this as simple as possible.

who use the WebSphere MQ Explorer GUI to
