InsightPlus is a pioneering scheme which helps students to identify the skills they develop while undertaking part-time employment and voluntary work. By helping them to recognise and further develop thses skills, it allows students to work towards the Introductory Certificate in First Line Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management.

The scheme provides a national system for accrediting extra-curricular learning, and a framework for reflection and further development with the support of a mentor from local industry. This page contains links to further details about scheme and the award.
