University of Bath Students' Union: Online Sandwich Ordering

I created a site to take online orders for the sandwich bar at the University.
As well as taking orders in a simple, user-friendly way (including sending email confirmations, and allowing confirmation and corrections) it also needed to be usable by non-IT-literate members of catering staff. The project included an administrators' site, which allowed the catering staff to edit and update the details and prices of lines available for sale. It also allowed catering staff to print out current and pending orders. The site proved very popular, receiving dozens of orders every day. |
