Extension to Pocket Internet Explorer on Windows Mobile giving you easier access to the Google search engine.
Search with Google
Once installed, this adds a new menu item to the Pocket Internet Explorer browser on Windows Mobile PDAs.
The new menu item "Search with google" launches a google search result page, searching for the current contents of the clipboard.
The intention was for this plugin to search for the currently selected text in the web-browser, but as discussed in a blog post, I haven't yet got this working nicely. In the meantime, you have to copy the currently selected text to the clipboard yourself, then use the menu extension.
This does have the benefit that you can search for anything by typing a search term in the Internet Explorer address bar, copying it to the clipboard, then clicking on the new 'Search with Google' menu item.
The extension was written for Windows Mobile 5/6 devices
Also available as part of a combined Pocket Internet Explorer plugins package with my tinyurl.com, and del.icio.us plugins.
