Technical :: Software > PowerShell for WMQ
I developed a library of PowerShell cmdlets to allow customers to administer their WebSphere MQ networks from the Windows PowerShell command-line and scripting environment.

Written in my spare time, the application was developed in C# as a PowerShell extension, and was released as a freeware software library from IBM.com.
Description from ibm.com
Abstract
A library which adds WebSphere MQ administration capabilities to Windows PowerShell.
Description
PowerShell is an extensible command line interface shell and scripting language product developed by Microsoft. This SupportPac contains a library which allows for command-line and script-based administration of WebSphere MQ queue managers from the PowerShell.
It is similar to the standard runmqsc interface, but allows for a number of improvements, including more powerful queries and filtering and support for administering remote queue managers.
Possible Uses
This SupportPac would be useful for WebSphere MQ administrators wanting to administer all of their queue managers from a single Windows workstation, in conjunction with other PowerShell system administration tasks.
