It’s December, which means it’s Spotify Wrapped time.
What does Spotify think I’ve listened to this year?
Spotify’s definition of a genre feels almost ludicrously granular, so not sure what it means to listen to hundreds of different genres, but there you go.
No idea what a listening age means… are they saying that my musical tastes stopped developing in my twenties? That doesn’t sound like a compliment. 😉
I would’ve guessed that I listened to more than this.
I’m surprised my number of albums is that high… and I suspect it’s more accidental than intentional. I rarely listen to an album as an album or ordered as the artist intended. Shuffle and algorithmically generated discovery playlists means I mostly listen to individual songs.
Looks like I’m not super “loyal” to individual artists!
Surprised this was my top artist on Spotify – I thought I listened to their music more on YouTube than Spotify.
I think Billy Talent was my top artist last year, so they dropped a couple places this year! 🙁
